Why I started Mindfulness with Lauren?
Mindfulness with Lauren started from a genuine wish to help people create real, lasting change in their lives.

I’ve always believed everyone deserves to feel calm, confident and connected to themselves and I wanted to share tools that can make that possible.
​
My path into hypnotherapy and counselling came from wanting to support people dealing with anxiety, stress and self-doubt.
​
I know what it’s like to feel stuck or overwhelmed and that’s why I’m here to walk alongside you as you find more clarity, ease and trust in yourself.

What is my approach for effective, lasting changes?
I take a gentle, personalised approach that combines mindfulness and hypnotherapy to help you work with your subconscious and make lasting changes.

Each session is shaped around you, your pace, your goals and your story. My focus is on offering support that feels effective, kind and grounded.

I’m also studying counselling to bring more depth and flexibility to my work. This means I can draw on a range of tools depending on what you need, whether that’s easing stress, managing anxiety, building confidence or finding direction.
