I offer a calm space using mindfulness, hypnotherapy and counselling, where you can talk openly and move at a pace that feels right for you.

Why I started Mindfulness with Lauren...

Mindfulness with Lauren started from a genuine passion for supporting people through stress, anxiety and life’s challenges.

I moved into hypnotherapy and counselling because I’ve been through my own experiences with anxiety, stress and feeling stuck!

 

I know how much it means to have someone walk alongside you. I’m here to offer that same support while you find your way to feeling more confident in yourself.

I do, whether we’re working through hypnotherapy, counselling, or gentle mindful practices.
