    The Discovery Call is a free phone or video consultation lasting up to 30 minutes. It helps us understand your goals and determine if we are a good fit to work together.

    The Consultation Call is a deeper dive into what you want to achieve, lasting 60 minutes. During this call, we’ll discuss your goals, provide an overview of practices, outline what to expect from the sessions, and plan dates for appointments.

    Yes, both the Discovery Call and Consultation Call are required before starting any hypnotherapy sessions. These calls help us understand your needs, establish your goals, and create a tailored plan. No sessions can begin until these calls have been scheduled and completed.
  • What is a Hypnotherapy Session like?
    Each hypnotherapy session is 60 minutes long and takes place in a comfortable therapy room. The environment is designed to promote relaxation and ensure your safety throughout the process.

    We accept payment via bank transfer or direct debit, depending on the structure of the your tailored plan and sessions. Payment details will be provided during the booking process. We do not accept cash upon arrival for a session.
  • Why is there a charge for the Consultation Call?
    After the free Discovery Call, the Consultation Call is an essential next step in the process. It allows us to delve deeper into your goals and develop a tailored plan for your sessions. Introducing a small fee ensures commitment from both sides and reflects the time, care, and expertise invested in this stage. As a small business owner, this helps me maintain a high standard of service while supporting your journey towards well-being.
  • How is my information handled?
    Your privacy is important. All personal information and session details are handled with the utmost confidentiality and in compliance with data protection laws (e.g., GDPR).
  • Will my sessions be recorded?
    No, any sessions or calls are not recorded.
  • Do I need to leave a review?
    Whilst it is not mandatory, leaving a review is always highly appreciated as feedback can both help improve our services and promote our services to more people seeking support. If you do leave a review, please note that the review could be promoted on our website and social media and only feature your forename. If you wish to not have your review displayed, you can request this upon the completion of your session/s.
  • Do you work with children or teenagers?
    Hypnotherapy can be very beneficial for younger individuals, however, we only work with individuals 18 or over only.
