I’m Lauren and I created Mindfulness with Lauren as a space for people to pause, reset and reconnect with themselves.


This blog is where I’ll be sharing some gentle tips, reflections and inspiration around mindfulness, hypnotherapy and emotional wellbeing. Think of it as a cosy corner where we can explore ways to feel calmer, more confident and more in tune with ourselves...one small step at a time.
